Order, Refund and Returns Policy

At BC Foods Corporation, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food products while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This policy details our order placement procedures and how we address any issues with your purchases.
1. Order Placement
– Online Orders: All orders must be placed through our website. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
– Order Changes: Changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, Interac e-transfers
3. Order Fulfillment
– Processing Time:*Orders are processed and distributed according to the schedule outlined on our website or provided during purchase.
– Pickup & Delivery:
– Pickup: Orders must be collected during the designated time slot given.
– Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee from $13-$40 depending on location. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order, if we are unable to reach the customer while trying to deliver. The items will be returned, and new delivery fee will be paid, or refund of order amount will be done without the delivery fee.
4. Quality Assurance
– We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, inspected, and properly packaged meat and food products. All products are carefully processed in compliance with Ontario’s food safety standards.
5. Return & Refund Policy
– Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method for the affected item(s).
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of meat or fish products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 2 hours of pick up/delivery.
– Refunds: Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
– If there is a verified quality issue with the product at the time of pickup/delivery.
– If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
– If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before processing begins, a full or partial refund may be provided.
– How to Request a Refund: Customers must notify us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery if there is an issue with their order. Please provide a photo and detailed explanation for review.
6. Cancellation/Order Reschedule Policy
– Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
– Cancellations made before 24hours to delivery may qualify for a refund or a store credit.
– Late cancellations (after processing has started) are non-refundable.
– Business-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event we need to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided promptly.
– Order Reschedule: In the rare event you need to reschedule your order, please notify us immediately before the scheduled delivery time.
7. Liability
We are not liable for issues arising after the products has been picked up or delivered, including improper storage, handling, cooking, selecting incorrect delivery options, especially frozen foods. Refunds or replacement may be declined if the issue is not reported within the stated timeframe or if insufficient evidence is provided.
